A Day at the Park

Xander and Mommy went to the park over the weekend and Xander enjoyed the swing! Here are a few pics from our day!

Video for Grandma :)

Here is the newest video for Grandma Nancy so she can see Xander crawling. We just put the carpet down a few minutes before we took this video so it was interesting to see him try and crawl instead of worm :) He is getting better at it but normally reverts to 'worming' as it gets him where he wants to go faster but I know eventually hell get just as fast on his hands and knees!!!

Pool Time!!!

Here is Xander enjoying the new pool we got. He liked crawling around in it without the water and likes leaning over the side and picking single blades of grass :) Theres a pic here, also, where you can see all four of his teeth. And just when we finally got that picture we found out today he actually has 5 teeth!!!

8 Months!

Xander turned eight months today! Still so hard to believe how fast he is growing!!! We are starting to teach him sign language as well and he is starting to sign "more". He has his own 'sign' that means he wants something, but I think all babies have that! At least he is consistant! He has also started 'talking' and says just about every baby sound except "mama" :) but we know he is saving the best for when it really counts!!

Height: 30 inches
Weight: 25 pounds
Teeth: 4!!

# of fish: 15

Favorite foods: All fruit and 'puffs'
Least favorite: Still peas and green beans

Bedtime: 7pm
Sleeps about 11 hours a night :)
Naps: 2-3 a day

And...most exciting....a video of his newest accomplishment....

CRAWLING!!!! (Well at the moment its hopping and flopping but give him a few days to fine tune the details and he'll be on his way :) )

and him coming to get the camera from Mommy once he decided the camera was a better toy. No, not crawling forward yet but he moves well enough he almost doesnt need to!


























Also, a pic of Xander in his new PJs Daddy picked up for him on his latest trip to Milwaukee for work. They glow in the dark but Im not about to try to get a picture of that! haha.
