6 Months!

Alixander turned 6 months the 11th of April. So hard to believe that it has been half a year since he arrived. It has been full of excitement and ups and downs but has been the most amazing 6 months ever!! Its so amazing to watch him grow and change and to see him smile when we walk in the room! I cant imagine not being a parent after being able to experience the joy of having a baby!

He reaches to be picked up (Grandma taught him that :) ) and is working on crawling. He uses a sippy cup at mealtimes and does really well with it! We are definitely looking forward to summer and all of the exciting activites we'll get to do!

Busy Busy Weekend!!!

This past weekend was a very busy weekend for Alixander! We went down to Grandpa's and hung out for four days so that was a lot of fun. On Saturday Xander turned 6 months AND got his 1st tooth!!! Havent gotten a picture of it yet but still trying! On Saturday we also had Auntie Kimberly's shower and he got to hang out with his friend Abbie, who is 6 weeks younger than he is. Sunday was his first Easter! No egg hunts but he got to eat some potatoes at the restaurant after church. Later on Sunday he decided he was going to start "army-crawling" and scooted all the way up Grandma's bed after a lotion bottle. Overall it was a great weekend filled with family and fun. 6 Month bath picture!!!

Bomb-Pop!!!

Alixander is currently teething and did not want to sleep last night. Dad found out that he loves popsicle, or maybe loves Daddy talking about popsicles more. But either way, was in a funny mood last night and grandma caught it on camera!

So Many Choices...

This was Xander tonight trying to decide which toy to play with during his bath...This is the first time we have given him all of them at once.

Funny Faces!!!

Xander has recently found out that he can change his facial expressions while he is playing. He, more often than not, causes laughs when he does this. Here are some that we caught the other night while we were playing before bedtime.

Rolling Over!!!

Here is a video of Xander rolling over. Took a few days for me to catch him during the whole thing but he does it almost everytime we put him down on his back now! Hard to believe how fast he learns new things.
