4 Whole Months!!!

Xander is four months old today! He is learning new things so quickly it is hard to keep up! He is almost sitting on his own now. He can for quite a while as long as nothing interesting cathes his eye that he wants to turn and look at :) Here are a few pictures of the new things he has been doing...

Well...Xander decided that he didn't like sleeping through the night so we are back to waking up once. It was fun while it lasted :) Here are a few of his 3month pics from Sears. He loved laughing at the lady making funny sounds, but it made for good pictures.

Drum Roll Please...

So we are all happy to annouce that Alixander slept ALL NIGHT last night :) From his 7pm bedtime to 6am, which is when Mommy and Daddy had to be up to get ready for the day anyways :) It was very exciting!!! We are keeping our fingers crossed that he liked it as much as we did and will continue to do this everynight!! Since we dont have a picture of him sleeping through the night....I put a random new one up instead :)

Three Months!!

Its so hard to believe that three whole months have passed. Alixander has grown so fast and becomes even more of his own self everyday. It is so exciting to wake up and see what new thing he will do that day. Here is a slideshow of pictures from birth to today...just about one a week :) Looking back at even this short time it is amazing to see how much he has changed!

Blah Blah Blah...

Here is Alixander "telling stories". This was last week so he has added more sounds to his vocabulary :) and yes, those sounds in the background are of him pooping :) That tends to be when he is the most vocal! He loves having people talk back to him and enjoys telling both happy and sad stories. His sad stories are always accompanied with a very cute pouty face that I have yet to catch on camera. :) I know as soon as he is able to replace his sounds with words there will be no stopping him!!!

Welcome 2009!!!

So here we are starting another year. Xander is 2 1/2 months old. He is 24" long and weighs 15lbs. He has started to talk and likes to hold conversations with anyone that will listen. He can roll from his tummy to his back and tries to roll the other way but cant qiute make it there yet. He can scootch forward on his tummy with his feet. He kind of looks like he is mountain climbing up the floor ;) His sleep at night is improving, finally :) and we are getting around 6-7 hours in a row at night. Overall he normally sleeps from 730 pm to 8am. Everyday continues to bring something new and exciting that he is doing and we love being able to watch him grow and learn. This next year is sure to bring multitudes of changes and exciting moments and we are looking forward to them all!!!
