"The key to immortality is first living a life worth remembering."

On the 8th of August we were able to present a check for $25,000 to Blessing Hospital in my Mom's memory. The funds were donated from the National Breast Cancer Foundation and everything was made possible through my Aunt Pam, Uncle Daljit and cousin Tara. It was an amazing experience and I know my Mom would be so amazed that her memory is still touching so many people and that her story is allowing so many women to get treatment and help they need!

7 Months....

Here we at 29 weeks
in California with
Great-Grandma Davis.

We visited the beach
and the aquarium,
went swimming
(more like lounging
on a floatee) :)
and saw all of the family
for Grandma's 90th
b-day party and a
baby shower for Alixander

He is about 2.5 lbs and 15"

He can see in color, but his
vision is extremely blurry.

He is constantly exercising
and getting ready to drive
us crazy with his energy :)

We are 25 weeks along - 3rd Trimester!!

Alixander weighs 1.5lbs and is 12" long

His fingerprints are fully formed

He is starting to taste what I'm eating

He can hear sounds from outside

He can now open and close his eyes

His hair is starting to grow on his head

He is 'breathing' amniotic fluid to stretch his lungs

The whole world can see his kicks from the outside!

Halfway There!

*~*~*~Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.

We are now over 21 weeks along so we decided to celebrate
and get some pics taken quickly. These two are our favorites!
Counting down the days until our son is here but thoroughly
enjoying all the time we have together!

18 Weeks Down!!!

18 Weeks Down, Only 22 To Go!!
Head to bottom, the baby is about 5 1/2"
long (about as long as a bell pepper)and
weighs almost 7 ounces
Baby can now sense light, and moves to
avoid bright lights in *his* eyes. Other things
baby can do: yawn, swallow, suck, hiccup, and
make faces.
From this week onwards the bones start ossifying
and becoming stronger and harder which means
we'll be able to really feel kicks soon!
Baby now has active sleeping and waking moments
Baby's fingerprints are starting to form - the unique
one of a kind fingerprints that will never change for
the rest of baby's life! Amazing!
Can't wait til the 21st - What do you think boy or girl?
